Little Sweet Buns

耶。。我的Little Buns出炉啦!非常松软,非常香,入口即化。用了Cheddar Cheese和绿豆沙做馅料。牙牙学语的儿子吃了说“Delicious”, 我还是第一次听他说这个字呢!真神奇,还用得恰到好处。。哈哈哈。。女儿更好笑,一个接一个的吃。。一面吃一面说。。I can’t stop eating。。她总共吃了八粒小面包。I think I got to look after her diet properly, if not, she would becomes a 小胖妹 in no time…ha..ha..ha… 谢谢Auntie Irene的指点

香脆莲藕片

这就是Michelle介绍的香脆莲藕片香香脆脆的,好吃耶!做法又简单,切片,风干,炸脆即可,无须调味料。若你喜欢炸薯片,这应该是较健康的选择吧!不过,也不可多吃噢!Too heaty! 谢谢Michelle!

青苹果酵素收成

Havest my green apple enzyme last Saturday, but forgot to post up till now. Total amount havest was 1.75 liters (above photo was taken after we consumed for the first time, forgot to take photo before that). If compared with grapes enzyme (about 3 liters), the amount havest seems not much. Anyway, the enzyme taste great.

椰香小公主

第一次做这香兰口味的椰香小公主,还算成功,只是颜色浅了点,因为只用天然的香兰叶汁,味道和口感是一级棒的唷!同事说很松软,好吃耶!谢谢Auntie Irene的食谱!

失败的甜甜圈

哎哟哟。。。这就是我失败的甜甜圈。不知哪出错,整个donut soaking with oil, 很硬,一点都不松软。结果另一半拿去烤,一样硬,哎。。。不过搽了一些巧克力酱在上面,还可以啃。。。女儿好失望 :(

Black Forest Cake

随着圣诞节的脚步慢慢的逼近,便到Auntie Irene那学做了黑森林蛋糕。Sally 和Edna 也一起来学。哇,我们花了瞒长的时间做了这个漂亮的蛋糕。第一次做蛋糕装饰,战战兢兢的,还好有师傅在,在她细心的引导下,美丽的蛋糕终於完成了。谢谢师傅

Sweet Bun & Chocolate Pudding Cup Cake


昨天真是忙透了。Making Sweet Bun & Chocolate Pudding Cup Cake at the same time. 从早上11.30am忙到傍晚6pm才完成。手脚是慢了点,不过成绩还算不错。女儿一口气吃了三粒面包。做了香肠,巧克力,绿豆沙,花生和cinnamon + raisin口味的甜面包,第二次做比较得心应手,挺有满足感的。
我的巧克力布丁蛋糕终于成功了。其实上个星期四已经尝试做了一次, (家人怀念Auntie Irene的Chocolate Torte, 所以做了Chocolate Pudding Cup Cake来消消Chocolate Torte瘾), 结果失败了,不知为何就是不能熟透。师父也不知甚么原因。不甘心,昨天又做啦!耶!终於成功了!同事吃了也赞不绝口。Yummy…Yummy…

这就是Auntie Irene热情赠送的Chocolate Torte. 我和女儿说当你把叉子叉进Chocolate Torte时,你会看到惊喜唷….当巧克力酱往外溢时她的眼睛睁得好大噢…我们一家笑成一团。好开心,真的要感谢Auntie Irene的慷慨赠送,带来了许多欢乐。老公说“very yummy, anymore? Do you know how to do?” 我说“sorry, no more, secret recipe lah…”
