家里没阳光,是风干的。我认为莲藕片越干,越薄,越好,比较脆!

你的看起来有点厚叻!如果你用屑皮刀屑成薄片,炸起来就很薄和很脆了!过年时还可以用同样的方法炸芽菇或芋头哟!

对咯,我去上班,吩咐佣人帮我切,她是用菜刀切的。你所谓的屑皮刀,请问是屑果皮刀吗?那么莲藕屑后就变成条状,对吗?

对,是屑果皮刀。不会条状,你顺着莲藕的圈屑,还是会圈状的,不过要慢慢的屑,才会有圈状。
