Making Cappuccino Mousse Cake for the 1st time to celebrate Mother’s Day yesterday. The sponge cake that I baked end up was slightly smaller than the cake tin. Cake tin size is 20cm, baked 22cm cake, don’t know what went wrong…sighhh…. :( Even though the side of the cake is not very nice, but it definitely tastes great. Thank you Auntie Irene for explaining patiently to me the steps of making this cake through phone. I have disappointed you this time, but I am sure I will do better the next round. Sorry!

Cappuccino Mousse Cake
Making Cappuccino Mousse Cake for the 1st time to celebrate Mother’s Day yesterday. The sponge cake that I baked end up was slightly smaller than the cake tin. Your bun look great too, just only the colour is a bit too light so the next time you bake can bake slightly longer.

Ya, must practise more. 1st time making a little unsure. I didn't go for the HuiJi roadshow at Jurong Point leh..may be u met somebody else, not me..actually I intend to go for the roadshow, but went to the wrong venue, went to IMM instead. Sotong of me, after calling Auntie Irene then only I know I went to the wrong place...hee..hee...
