Papaya Enzyme & Banana Cake




星期天做了青木瓜酵素香蕉蛋糕.
看。。香蕉蛋糕笑得多灿烂。。哈哈。。。

有时巴刹真的难买到新鲜的柠檬,而且也好贵,$6一公斤.如果遇见新鲜的材料,就得抓紧机会咯!不过之前我在Giant买到比较便宜的柠檬,$4.50一公斤。

How's the papaya enzyme taste? do you like it? I know papaya makes one of the best fruits enzyme.

Just tried yesterday night after the initial 3 days, it was quite smooth, not much liquor taste yet.

Indeed the smell of banana cake was very fragrant, especially during baking.

Hi,

I did green papaya (with a little yellow) but it turn out quite "sticky" (think is the ni2 due to unripe). so i threw away because of the ni2. then i did quite ripe papaya and is ok. Do you have this problem?
