After seeing the nice Marble Cake photo being posted at 厨房笔记, 就让我蠢蠢欲动,结果星期三就做了。虽然外表看起来不怎么样,有点黑,因为我烘了55分钟才熟。不过切开来却还蛮漂亮的(自己赞自己,厚脸皮hor)嘻嘻!蛋糕的口感很好,很香。家人都吃得很开心。谢谢Violet和Auntie Irene提供的食谱。DomooArigatoo!
After learning making the sweet bun, feel very excited to try making myself. But my mixer voltage is too small for the dough kneading. Supposed to buy a heavy duty mixer before start making these sweet bun, 可是我受不了它的诱惑,手很痒。我想既然我有一个面包机,不然试试看拿来knead dough吧。啊...还算成功啦....可是做的时候做少了两个步骤....真糊涂....还好,面包出来还很松软。耶!


Went to Auntie Irene's house to learn making sweet bun on the 15/10/07. It was a fun day for me because this was my first time hands on making all those cute little buns. All these buns are sooooo soft & yummy. My daughter enjoy it so much. 在此要非常感谢Auntie Irene的细心教导。Later part of the day met Mami Wu & her 2 lovely daughters as well.
