青苹果酵素


On the third day

After top-up

用了25粒的青苹果,10粒的青柠檬和1kg的冰糖(may be can reduced a bit, not very sure, first time making apple enzyme)做了以上的青苹果酵素。原本还以为很容易做,怎知那不争气的削果皮刀这么钝,害我用了一小时半才大功告成。第三天搅拌试喝了一些...mmm...味道很好,很香。女儿说"very nice, can i have somemore...."

哇 ~~~ 你的瓶子好大唷!难怪要用到25粒的苹果啦!

这个过滤后应该是用蛮多酵素的。

如果你怕太甜,刚开始可以不要放那么多的冰糖,到要 Top up 的时候,在试试看够甜吗?如果不够还可以再加。

其实我们做酵素是不太赞成加太多的冰糖,因为这样我们只吃到冰糖而不是水果的酵素。

Hi Mami Wu & Eileen,

Grapes enzyme is very nice also, can consider making but lots of works lah..got to peel the skin, but i think it's worth it because it produces a lot juice. My 5 litre bottle produced 3050ml of enzyme. Very happy :)

是不是你的柠檬皮剥的不够干净,尤其是那层白色的皮。

应该不是啦!柠檬皮剥得很干净,只是放太少糖,因为我想不要喝太多糖,结果就苦了。所谓经一事长一智嘛!在学习中!

wow so many green apples! 25 to peel skin, lots of work hor! i can image that, will it be too sour? bcos green apple & lemon r sour leh...

i have not done apple b4, cos think of peeling skin, very scare...i rather choose big big pear...hahaha...may be later bah...

Welcome to my blog! Ya, indeed it's quite a lot to peel, but want to try making green apple enzyme. Tried on the 3rd, it taste quite nice, not sour. Will let you know the result once i harvest.

Hi Becky

U are also another hardworking person doing so large volume enzyme. So far I only tried small bottle, drink finish then stop, if make too much, my fridge also no place to store them.

Hi Margaret,

No choice lah, maid, hubby, daughter & myself are consuming the enzyme. The enzyme actually going quite fast. If make small bottle, have to keep making. May be you should plan just nice to havest the new batch when your old batch going to finish. Taking continuously is better, i think!

Yes, Becky, ideally should make enough for next batch harvest, I know it's better to drink enzyme continuously. Need to find the right fruits, the right time and also enough fridge space, so quite difficult for me most of the time to get it done. Anyway i just need to plan it out somehow to make it works.
